FINAL WEEK: Question of the Week


What is at least 1 thing you will do to
stay on track after the challenge is over? 
It's not worth working this hard only to un-do all your efforts, right?

FINAL WEEK: Bonus Partner WOD

The Longest Mile
 *Update:  After completing this challenge this morning, it is now worth 50 points!
 
 
400m Sprint
400m Burpee Broad Jump
400m Walking Lunge
400m Bear Crawl
 
and then finish it off with both of you running 1 mile.
 
 
Pick a partner, preferably from your team, but because we have some 3 & 5 person teams, it doesn't have to be someone from your team. 
 
One of you works while the other partner rows, planks, or bicycles (ab exercise--see below). 
 
 
 
 
You can divide up the WOD between you and your partner however you would like, 400m of each exercise needs to be completed between the two of you...not each.  (you're welcome. :) 
 
And, in case you don't know...

If you and your partner successfully complete this bonus WOD,
you will each receive an extra 25 points 50 points.

Summer Recipe Contest

Here is the compilation of all the recipe entries for our NutriFit Bonus Challenge.  I included many of the side comments you included in your emails as well.  Browse through, make some, try some, and then leave your vote in the comments section. 
 
You may have 1 vote for each category:  appetizers, salads, main, and side
4 votes total.  Yes, you may vote for yourself and yes, you may vote for your team;  but no, you don't have to nor should you if something else looks better or tastes better to you.
 
Just leave a comment with 4 names and that will count.  We will also open this up to the rest of the box as well for more voting.  So for those of you who are not part of NutriFit, the only guidelines the participants were given were the following:  Share your favorite summer recipe in one of 4 categories:  appetizer, salad, main, side, and it needs to have a fruit or veggie in it.

FINAL WEEK: Team Challenge




Complete each section separately for time:
 
 
1 x 100m sprint
100 double unders
 
 
2 x 200m run
w/50 KB Swings 53/35 after each run
 
 
3 x 400m run
w/50 Russian Twists 53/35 after each run
 
 
4 x 800m run
w/20 Pull-ups & 20 MB Push-ups after each run
 
 
5 x 400m
w/50 sit-ups after each run
 
 
6 x 200m
w/20 wall balls 20/14 after each run (10'/9' line)
 
 
7 x 100m
w/10 box jumps & 10 air squats after each run
 
 
And now the details:
 
 
Each two-liner "run" is essentially it's own WOD.  Start the clock, do whichever run sequence you prefer, stop the clock when you are finished and note the time.
 
Three people from each team must complete each WOD to earn the initial 25 points.
If those 3 people RX the WOD, your team will receive an extra 5 points per WOD (not per person).
If you, as an individual, want to earn extra points then you may complete all 7 WODs.  If you do this, you will receive an extra 25 bonus points.
If each member of your team completes all 7 WODs, your team will receive
an extra 25 bonus points.


The top fastest RX scores from the top two male and female NutriFitters on each WOD will receive an extra 5 points.



And you may want to get these done earlier in the week...just sayin'.  :)


FINAL WEEK: Individual Challenge

No more than two times dining out.
 
 
It's all or nothing.  You either do it or you don't.  This challenge is worth 50 points. 
Same rules apply that applied to each individual week (except for the dining out).

There can only be 1 overall winner and 1 team...will it be you?
