Hard - week 6 team challenge, lifting 37,500 lbs from floor to overhead. It seemed like the WODs went longer that week and I had a hard time finding extra time to get that in. Easy - week 6 beverage challenge, I pretty much just drink water and milk anyway :)
Oh my...do you have to ask? Week 6 beverage challenge was the hardest, killing me both in the morning and in the evening. Week 7 not eating out and planning meals was the easiest (despite the fact that we had to go out with our friends since we had a previous engagement and not eat). We plan our meals every week anyway and rarely eat out!
The easiest challenge was definitely the food journal, I still like to use the app on my phone to track what I eat. Beverage Challenge was definitely the hardest...although still a little tired I have stayed caffeine-free ever since the challenge :)
Easiest was the beverage week. It was so easy I had a moment during the week, I paniced because I felt like i should be working on something and couldn't remember what the challenge was! I generally only drink water and milk. Hardest so far? The jump rope week. I'm not very coordinated and whipped myself several times trying to figure out he Jump Jump Double Unders. Ouch!
The easiest for me was the no soda etc. week. The Hardest was the no eating out. I sure look forward to Friday nights with my hubby and not having to make a mess in my clean kitchen, so I was sad I had to cook. But we made it through and it was good :)
Easiest: No soda week. Hardest: no going out to eat. I like a nice steak and salad served to me and the family before going to a movie with some popcorn.
Easiest for me was the no soda week because I rarely drink soda anymore. (Next easiest was no eating out and planning menus). Hardest was all the weight lifting from ground to overhead. (Next hardest was planking. I used to hate planking, but now it doesn't seem as hard to do. Wonder why......)
Easiest--logging meals/food and the 7 hours of sleep. Hardest--the last few team challenges with the extra work and trying to balance that with my training for half-marathons and a Half-Ironman race (hence, the ease of sleep :).
Easiest- beverage challange and the recovery after workouts. Hardest- I think the KB swings and step ups were pretty hard. It was alot of work and I was running out of time.
The beverage week was easy...I usually just drink water. This weeks "Girls Wods" is/was the hardest for me...Karen on Monday + Nancy on Tuesday = limping the rest of the week.
My team already knows my answer... Hardest weeks BEVERAGE WEEK and SLEEP WEEK... (no caffeine was SO HARD for me and therefore my family) My husband said at the beginning of the week he actually thought I might give it up for good and by day 4, he was asking me when he could bring me some. With 4 kids and a husband who travels a lot, sleep is a luxury that usually only comes for 4-5 hours a night. However, I did it by leaving my house in shambles each night and waking up to it the next morning.
Easiest has probably been the fit tests. and the hardest is DEFINITELY been only eating 2 desserts a week. when before nutrifit I was having at least 2 a day. but i've worked really hard and I haven't gotten one point down in the dessert section. (:
The easiest was not eating out. I'm a cheap-o so we don't eat out much anyway. The hardest week is this week. I'm so tired and beat up and it's Thursday morning so I'm not done yet. Gut check time.
Not drinking soda, coffee, or other "bad" drinks... super easy! Trying to be a "Mean Girl" when I've got benchmark bimbos and 2 a days testing my every ounce of crossfiting skill... super hard!
The easiest challenge for me...planning our meals! We do this almost every single week because we are so busy. The no eating out was obviously a little difficult, also because we are busy and it is always easy to eat out. The most difficult week...well emotionally? EVERY WEEK since my injury;) This week has been especially difficult. Knowing that this is a challenge I know I could kill and do very well at and not being able to participate is difficult.I have the greatest team mates and they have really pulled me through!
Week 6 beverage challenge was the hardest, but I learned to work through it (nice touch with it being Valentine's, ha ha!). Week 7 not eating out and planning meals was the easiest. We plan our meals every week anyway and rarely eat out even in Hawaii (we rent a house with a kitchen)!
The easiest challenge has to be eating protein with everything and optimizing within 45! I do that 90% of the time anyway! The hardest one has to be planning meals and not being able to eat out (because school lunch). The hardest thing for me overall is not being able to eat past 9!
Easiest has been drink week and the hardest was either when I got hurt and couldn't help my team (because that's a real bummer) or this week with the 2 a days on top of lots of dance this week... I'm exhausted!
Easy-journaling daily with the NutriFit excel page.

ReplyDeleteNo soda was easy for me because I never drink the stuff anyway. Actually makes me sick.
ReplyDeleteTim's comment: That was easiest for me too, although I did enjoy a diet coke tonight.
Hardest: Planning Meals
ReplyDeleteEasiest: No Soda or drinks
