10 lunges (no weight, any kind: walking, in place, reverse, jumping)
TOTAL points per round: 20
You may add an extra 10 points to your score for RXing the A WOD

You only have one set of weights..is the A wod 35, B wod 25?
ReplyDeleteSorry, just getting to reply now. Men 35 Women 25. (Maya...modify as mama see's fit) I figured everyone could do at least that weight. If not, then I would say B wod would be 25/15 (men/women)
DeleteFor someone like me who has been banned from the gym for being sick this week, how should I modify rowing? Can I add more meters to my run?
ReplyDeleteI have the same situation...no rowers in the Crossfityt I am visiting.(it's tiny) Can we just do a 3 min sprint and use a heart rate monitor to measure calories?

DeleteEmily...if you don't have a heart rate monitor and can't do what Ms. Knight is suggesting, then tack on an extra 3 minutes to your run and go as hard and as fast as you can, then I'll just average your team's calories burned to make the points fair.
Eek, the 3, 6 am NF folks just stuck to the 35/25 kb's.

It sounds like you want to join the Delaney/Maya challenge of dessert and starch. They are working on writing their own challenges for it. They are just giving me job security. :)
