Just Checking

Just wanted to see if anyone was missing that fun feeling on Sunday waiting to
see what they were in for for the upcoming week?

  4. I checked several times yesterday. Plus my team is still texting. I think we will continue to cheer each other on for sure! I know this sounds sick, but I am already going through Nutrifit withdrawals. I found myself watching the clock yesterday and saying things like, I gotta eat something, it's been almost 4 hours. Or I need to hurry and drink this last water bottle so I can get my 7 hours. Some days I felt like 10 weeks was SO long, but I think the amount of time helped make these things real habits for me.

  5. Miss it already too :(. The time committment was a lot so it will be nice not to be such a "gym rat" and Warner is so happy to have me back! The nutritional habits made such a difference that I hope to keep it part of my life, especially the water! Going to the box 6 days a week made it so no matter what the WOD is, I'm pretty sure I've done worse and will just go and do it...no excuses! Thanks everyone!

  6. I DO NOT MISS IT! I was so relieved to wake up and have a cup of coffee, not worry about measuring my water, making sure I had protein with everything, writing down what I ate, checking the hunger chart....do you know how much free time I have now! AHHHHH! Is all I can say?!
