Week 5: Individual Challenge

 
Weeks 1-4 Smash-Up



 So, do you remember when I mentioned in Week 2 that although you weren't going to get points for continually doing the individual challenges, it would be nice to do because they build off one another and are all important for your fitness goals?
 
Anyone?
 
Well, if you have been doing that, then this week will be easy peasy.
If you haven't, well, let's just say you will definitely be earning every single point this week. 
 
So, here's the breakdown, in case you forgot.
 
1.  Keep a daily food record
2.  Include protein each time you eat
3.  Optimize in 45 minutes post-workout
4.  Get at least 7 hours of sleep (or more for those under 18)
 
If you do at least 1 of them every day, you get 5 points.
If you do at least 2 of them every day, you get 10 points.
If you do at least 3 of them every day, you get 15 points.
If you do all 4 every single day this week, you will earn 25 points!!
 
 
Q:  What if I do some of them most days but don't do any of them every single day? 
How many points do I get?
A:  I'm afraid you would not get any points.  Zero.  Nada.  Zilch. 
 
Q:  You're mean!
A:  Hey, that's not a question, but I won't argue.  
It's time to separate the boys from the men and the girls from the women.  :)
