  6. This quote is on my desk at home:
I learned this....that if one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life he has imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours....In proportion as he simplifies his life, the laws of the universe will appear less complex, and solitude will not be solitude, nor poverty poverty, nor weakness weakness....Henry David Thoreau

Or one of my favorite quotes by Shakespeare:
"And though she be but little, she is fierce."
I have the little part taken care of but now I want to be fierce.

  15. I like this one, and I have found, in my life experiences, that it is sooo true!

“I’ve failed over & over & over again in my life & that is why I succeed.” – Michael Jordan

It is especially true for this challenge...I have tried for 8 years now to lose this weight, and i would give Miki and Sara a million bucks if I had it (well, maybe I would pay off my house first, and then split the rest 3 ways) for teaching me #1 the right tools of nutrition for weight loss, and #2 what it takes physically to get in shape. I would have never thought I was capable physically to do what i've done these last 2 week ...and, mostly because of the example of fellow nutrifitters and their encouragement..I have been able to do it! (and lots of 800mg Ibuprofen) :)
