FINAL WEEK: Bonus Partner WOD

The Longest Mile
 *Update:  After completing this challenge this morning, it is now worth 50 points!
 
 
400m Sprint
400m Burpee Broad Jump
400m Walking Lunge
400m Bear Crawl
 
and then finish it off with both of you running 1 mile.
 
 
Pick a partner, preferably from your team, but because we have some 3 & 5 person teams, it doesn't have to be someone from your team. 
 
One of you works while the other partner rows, planks, or bicycles (ab exercise--see below). 
 
 
 
 
You can divide up the WOD between you and your partner however you would like, 400m of each exercise needs to be completed between the two of you...not each.  (you're welcome. :) 
 
And, in case you don't know...
 
This is a burpee broad jump:
 
and this is the cutest bear crawl ever :)
 
 
or this...
 
on all fours.
 
126th South is ready for some entertainment and we never disappoint! 
 
If you and your partner successfully complete this bonus WOD,
you will each receive an extra 25 points 50 points.
The top 4 fastest partnerships will receive an additional 10 points.

  3. Just kept waiting for the easy part of the WOD. It never came! Sure enjoyed my time with Whit though!! She's an awesome strong partner! (You know you've Bear Crawled enough when you start crawling/falling side ways!) Good luck to those who still intend on doing this one!

  4. So... was... not... worth... it!!! Oofta :P My bear crawl was more of a cub crawl :( Running the mile was by far the easiest part!!
