FINAL WEEK: Team Challenge




Complete each section separately for time:
 
 
1 x 100m sprint
100 double unders
 
 
2 x 200m run
w/50 KB Swings 53/35 after each run
 
 
3 x 400m run
w/50 Russian Twists 53/35 after each run
 
 
4 x 800m run
w/20 Pull-ups & 20 MB Push-ups after each run
 
 
5 x 400m
w/50 sit-ups after each run
 
 
6 x 200m
w/20 wall balls 20/14 after each run (10'/9' line)
 
 
7 x 100m
w/10 box jumps & 10 air squats after each run
 
 
And now the details:
 
 
Each two-liner "run" is essentially it's own WOD.  Start the clock, do whichever run sequence you prefer, stop the clock when you are finished and note the time.
 
Three people from each team must complete each WOD to earn the initial 25 points.
If those 3 people RX the WOD, your team will receive an extra 5 points per WOD (not per person).
If you, as an individual, want to earn extra points then you may complete all 7 WODs.  If you do this, you will receive an extra 25 bonus points.
If each member of your team completes all 7 WODs, your team will receive
an extra 25 bonus points.


The top fastest RX scores from the top two male and female NutriFitters on each WOD will receive an extra 5 points.



And you may want to get these done earlier in the week...just sayin'.  :)

    1. So smart to get that one out of the way. Luckily tomorrow, Thursday, and Friday will be at least 10 degrees cooler. That heat at 10am was not fun! :)
